Pet Policy
We are pleased to welcome well-behaved dogs at El Western Cabins & Lodges.
Pet Fees & Limits
- $30 per dog, per night
- Maximum of 2 dogs per cabin
Pet Guidelines
For the safety of your pet, our guests, and the abundant wildlife that call the Madison Valley home:
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors.
- Pets may not be left unattended in cabins, vehicles, kennels, or tied outside.
- A minimum $200 per day service fee will be charged for pets left unattended in violation of this policy.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required as a result of their pet's stay.

- Check-In: After 3:00 PM
- Check-Out: By 10:00 AM

- Office Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
October 15 – April 15
- Contactless check-in and check-out instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require payment in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $25 processing fee.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Please note:
- Rates do not include the 10% Guest Amenity Fee or applicable 8% taxes.
- No refunds will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, or unused nights. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved.
