Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance will be automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations made 14 days or less prior to arrival require payment in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please note the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $25 processing fee.
• Cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full reservation amount.

Please note:

• Rates do not include the 10% Guest Amenity Fee or applicable 8% taxes.
• No refunds will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, or unused nights. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved.
