Pet Policies


To Our Dog Owners,

We are happy to welcome your four-footed dog friends to El Western. We have many years of experience with traveling dogs and lovely grounds for them to enjoy! We ask your cooperation in abiding by the following requirements.

  • Never
leave your dog alone in the cabin, in the car or tied up outside. If you need information on kenneling your dog for the day, contact the office for referrals.  

  • Always
clean up after your dog. Any mowed area of our resort is for the general enjoyment of all our guests and must be kept "pooh" free. We have all the necessary equipment in the office and trash cans are located outside the north wall of the office.

  • Dogs
are not allowed on the furniture, please respect this policy.

  • While on property we ask that you please keep your pet on a leash.   

  • Pet
towels are available at the office. If you find your pet is in need of a wash or clean paws, let us know. We have hoses and plenty of towels available for your use.

Pet Fee: $20.00 per dog per night – limit 2 dogs.

Dogs are not allowed in the Eagle's Loft.

EL WESTERN CABINS & LODGES POLICIES

Creekside Cabins
Deposit Payment: A 50% deposit including tax is required at the time the reservation is made, the balance is due one week prior to arrival. No refunds are made for early departure or late arrival – you are responsible for all nights booked. Cancellation Policy, notice must be given 14 days in advance for a refund of your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee.

Mountainside Cabins
Deposit Payment: A 50% including tax is required at the time the reservation is made, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Mountainside cabin deposits are non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy, notice must be given 30 days in advance for a refund of your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds are made for early departure or late arrival - you are responsible for all nights booked.

Lodges and Groups
Deposit Payment: A 50% deposit including tax is required at the time the reservation is made, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Lodge and Group deposits are non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy, notice must be given 30 days in advance for a refund of your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds are made for early departure or late arrival - you are responsible for all nights booked.

Check-out: anytime before 10:00 AM
Office Hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
